Father, in Jesus’ Name I receive Roxie as my wife and accept her just as
she is, as a gift from You. Because of this I receive every quality You
have given her, for through them You desire to change or perfect
qualities in me. Being a gift from You, she is perfect, holy, and
without blame before You. I love her because You love her, because we
both love You, and because You gave us to each other. I declare
to You my desire to love her with an unconditional love. No
quality in her will deter or discourage that love. She is what I
need to be complete. I thank You, Father, that in Your perfect wisdom
You have given her to me, and I happily and heartily receive her. I
pledge to You and to her that I will continue in this attitude for as
long as we both live. |

Tom, it is my prayer that I
remain your helpmate, your companion, and your friend. Knowing
that God has placed me in your hands, I promise to honor you as my lord
and submit to your leadership in my life. I pray that the God of
patience grant us like-mindedness and make us into a team working
together for His glory.

Son, as your father, it is my responsibility to teach you how to love
and honor a woman. As you grow to manhood in our home, I promise to
teach you in the way that I honor and love and cherish Roxie...and put
her needs and her desires before my own.

Troupe, God
chose for us to be together as a family. We promise to look to God for
guidance in how to train and instruct you in His ways. We will
also trust Him to help us give you all you need physically,
intellectually, and spiritually. God is the best model of a good
parent and we pray that we are able to love you with His unconditional
love.
